Everyone at Nuffield has been professional and polite from admin and catering to clinical staff. All in the team in the oncology unit are wonderful. Over lengthy visits through chemo they had time for me and made me feel like a person not a patient

The after care at the Nuffield was excellent and one could not fault the attention the nurses gave me.

I visited the hospital on the 07-10-25 parking was available and free ,the receptionist got me booked in quickly and efficiently .My appointment was 11.15 am and it was only a few minutes late but the waiting room was very comfortable and clean I was very impressed with the number of patients there but it never got overcrowded it was a pleasure to visit this hospital.

My experience of staying at this hospital has been really good and I have no complaints. I felt completely looked after by the staff through the day & night, especially the 1st night after the surgery due to my low blood pressure I was checked every hour throughout the night until it was normal again. The hospital as far as could tell was totally clean and in good order. The check in and the checking out was made very easy.

I was an nhs patient here and treated with great care. Everything was swift and all Points explained along the stay and operation. All staff were caring and considerate throughout my visit

The care by the surgeon was excellent on both occasions. For my second procedure I felt the hospital was busier. The nursing staff were always pleasant, polite and helpful however, on the second occasion little things were different. First time round the electrical gadgets attached to my legs to encourage blood flow were available for both nights. However, second time round they were only available for one night and then stockings replaced them. During the night the nurse on duty first time round was excellent when I was in great pain. The second time I felt slight reluctance to be as helpful. There also seemed to be slightly less clarity for some staff of their roles. I should have gone home after 2nights but the nurse caring for me intervened and had me stay for an extra night. This may not have been in my best interests. The theatre staff were amazing.

My experience of being treated at the Nuffield hospital has been very positive right from the point of referral to today, when I have been discharged to my GP by my consultant Mr Krkovic. All the staff have been extremely professional and my rapid recovery can be tributes to their great skills. Thank you
