I found Dr Jadon to be an excellent Rheumatologist. Brilliant bedside manner and very tactful and helpful with what was my first experience of the cost/insurer willingness vs effectiveness trade offs involved in private healthcare, allowing me to feel very much in control of which diagnostic path I wished to take. Did a great job assessing my situation and recommending the right tests which soon allowed him to eliminate his original (entirely valid) suspicion about the condition I had, coming quickly to a new firm diagnosis and next steps, including making sure a follow up appointment was put in the diary. My only suggestion would be that perhaps in my situation where an initially potentially quite severe (and stressful in my immediate circumstances as a busy student) likely long term prognosis was changed to something comparatively benign, it might be worth giving the patient the peace of mind asap rather than waiting for the follow up appointment - if allowed/possible that is!

Dr Jaden is very personable Consultant who provides an environment where you can talk and he will listen. He is clearly a very bright young man but converses as a friend and colleague. His diagnostic skills coupled with a treatment plan going forward, has given me so much confidence and support.
All in all, I have total trust in Dr Jaden and thank him very for his help and advice.

When I first met Dr Jadon, he put me at ease straight away, he listened to what I had to say and gave me some good advise. He diagnosed my condition very efficiently and has put me on the road to recovery, so I am very grateful to him.

Dr Deepak Jadon is a Consultant in Rheumatology, Director of the Rheumatology Research Unit, and lead for psoriatic arthritis at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge University Hospitals NHSFT.
Having grown up in Cardiff, he completed his medical degree at Cardiff University in 2003, rheumatology specialist training at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases (Bath, 2007 to 2015) and a PhD in rheumatology (2015).
Dr Jadon has particular expertise in the investigation and management of back pain (acute and chronic), rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout; osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia. He uses musculoskeletal ultrasound to help diagnose/ monitor arthritis, and to guide cortisone injections into joints and soft-tissues.
Dr Jadon is Director of the Rheumatology Research Unit at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, where he leads on numerous clinical trials of novel cutting-edge medications for the treatment of arthritis and other rheumatological conditions.
