Dr Johnston was the perfect anaesthetist for my wife during her c-section at Kingston Hospital. Her bedside manner was calm and chatty which was ideal and put my wife at ease throughout. The most important thing however was the job in hand and in this regard she was attentive, efficient and did everything right. At one point my wife's blood pressure dropped significantly following the initial anaesthetic in her back. Dr Johnston spotted it, treated it and brought her pressure back up with the minimum of fuss and without adding to the worry already being experienced. She did a great job throughout.

Dr Johnston was extremely reassuring, affable and friendly. We felt very confident about Hilary's treatment because the Dr explained the procedure very thoroughly and walked us through what would happen step by step. When it came to the operation, Dr Johnston stayed next to us, kept us calm and even cracked some jokes to distract us from what was going on. In after care, Dr Johnson came to check how Hilary was doing, showing care and concern. We really appreciated her help, professionalism and friendly nature.
