This Dr deems it appropriate to change the doseage of a patients medication without consulting ,or considering the mental health of another Dr's patient ! Very poor practice !!!

Dr Moore is the best doctor I've ever had and I've Seen a lot of doctors. She takes time to listen to you and she has helped me so much she deserves a medal.
