The care that we have received has been excellent, very helpful and has a very quick service. We were expecting to wait for a wheelchair for months however after the initial assesment we got it after a week. The level of communication was excellent as whoever came we were able to contact them later for any information.

What would have been great would have been to have a discussion prior to today about the range of scooters/chairs available or not available & to discuss the options fully - this was probably better to do before the session.
