Claire really made mum feel at ease, and I was totally impressed by her professionalism and obvious knowledge. Claire quickly formed a bond with mum and all tasks were carried out with a minimum of fuss and accommodating to mum. Mum has Alzheimer's and can be "Tricky". Claire was excellent in her manner and mum really enjoyed the visit.
