my daughter was looked after very well. The staff are lovely and made me a cup of tea every time we had an appointment at saffron house. When they visited us at home they were courteous and kind to my daughter and us. Would recommend this service to anyone who needs support in times of crisis.

To start with when I was the most unwell, I felt a little left out when staff were talking with my family. But once I started to feel better in myself I felt very involved and my family felt the same.
