Tracey was great on the phone, she took enough time to listen to me and she didn't rush through my appointment. She has a great sense of humour, well she laughed at my jokes, but she was always very professional and caring.

Tracy made a big difference in the treatment of my Ulcerative Colitis flare up. She was very professional, caring, diligent and patient. She took the time to listen and to explain.
