What a great service always a pleasure to talk to Tracey she is very good and professional at this very difficult job good to have this kind and thoughtful Person
I have had several telephone assessments with Tracey. She always calls on time and puts you at ease. She has a very friendly, efficient manner and explains everything. She listens patiently and answers all my queries clearly. Five star service.
What can I say Tracey listens and takes actions.
I have full trust in Tracey.
Keep it up Tracey
I have recently January 2024 become an outpatient and met Tracey once in person and once today 17/3/2024 on the phone. Both her and the whole IBD team ( nurses health care assistant, registrars Dr Uddin,Angel ) at central Middlesex have been professional respectful showed dignity made me fell safe.
They have a listening ear great emphatic and understanding for patients.
I found Tracey to be caring. She was not rushed listened to all I had to say and patiently answered all my concerns queries and and questions. she had great knowledge and experience.
I felt things were a bit complex and she reassured me and referred on concerns and then called me back with all the information easy to understand and concise so I could make informed decision.
Everything was explained, organised straight away ( prescriptions, appointments, forms letter to my Gp etc). Thank you so much Tracey you reassured me, made me fell better less anxious and for genuine caring nature.
Super care, thank you for calling back so promptly and taking care of my plan and medications.
