Laura has been an excellent colleague and manager in Sutton Theatre. She has been very supportive to all theatre staff which involved improvements in our working environment, innovation, care and compassion. She also helped me in my revalidation last April 2016 made it look easy but really time consuming. Laura also oversees what type of different environments we work in paediatrics' Sutton theatres and fully understands different staff and patients needs.

I have known Laura for the last 7 years when she was originally a clinical nurse specialist in the pain management team. She was a wonderful nurse, role model, colleague back then. She was always willing to offer advice and provide informal teaching on the ward. 7 years later, I now have the privilege to be managed by Laura, she is still wonderful as ever, and has been a fantastic mentor, leader and line manager. Time is never an issue for Laura and she always encourages everyone to reach their potential. She is very knowledgeable and offers clear guidance and support to each individual member of her team. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Laura.
