I dont know where Id be without this nurse. She is very easy to contact and always gets back to me. She listens to me and acts quickly on the information. All of her judgements have been effective. With her experience, she is able to put me at ease when Im worried and always gives me clear advice. An example of her going above and beyond: I saw her in clinic just before her she was going to be away. She made sure I had several points of contact while she was away if I needed them. Then, on her return, she has emailed me to see how I am. Something she didnt need to do as she gave me all the advice and help I needed. I am very grateful to her and her team for making what is often an embarrassing subject easy to talk about.
