The observation in the X-ray department then the subsequent treatment/assessment in the minor injury unit and the brilliant care taken in the Multi-disciplinary unit have all been exceptional. Explanations were forthcoming at every development. No part of the process needed improvement. All members of staff were very competent and caring.

Staff all very friendly. approachable and informative. Reassured patient at an understanding level. Rachel extremely professional at all time. GP very normal level; of info.
