The observation in the X-ray department then the subsequent treatment/assessment in the minor injury unit and the brilliant care taken in the Multi-disciplinary unit have all been exceptional. Explanations were forthcoming at every development. No part of the process needed improvement. All members of staff were very competent and caring.
