My experience of the Manor Hospital has been very positive. The whole 'hospital experience' is made much better all round right from the initial visit. Parking is stress free, as it is free and underneath the actual hospital building.
The building is light, colourful and modern and staff are very friendly and will point you in the right direction if necessary.
Care is made to feel personal. A pharmacy is on-site which is great. Staff actually came to find me with my prescription while I was having a coffee (which is free).
They accidentally over charged me and sorted it out quickly.
A couple of weeks ago I had a CT scan and again, the atmosphere at the Manor was quiet and stress free. Staff were friendly and explained it all to me.

The whole team at the manor are friendly , professional and helpful , the only complaint that I have is that the manor didn’t leave enough time between pre assessment and surgery but all in all it was a great experience

I was treated well throughout from pr eop staff to the surgeon. Also post op staff were caring.

I have just had a uni-compartmental knee replacement operation under the care of Prof. Andrew Price.
From diagnosis to discharge, the level of care and professionalism was first class.
My surgery was virtually pain free (notwithstanding minor soreness) and I have nothing but praise for the whole team.
I am left astounded that such surgery can be so straightforward and painless.
I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital.

Both my husband and I have only had good experiences in this hospital with minimal wait times and very courteous staff. Extremely clean!
