My experience of the Manor Hospital has been very positive. The whole 'hospital experience' is made much better all round right from the initial visit. Parking is stress free, as it is free and underneath the actual hospital building. The building is light, colourful and modern and staff are very friendly and will point you in the right direction if necessary. Care is made to feel personal. A pharmacy is on-site which is great. Staff actually came to find me with my prescription while I was having a coffee (which is free). They accidentally over charged me and sorted it out quickly. A couple of weeks ago I had a CT scan and again, the atmosphere at the Manor was quiet and stress free. Staff were friendly and explained it all to me.
