The new system meant that I had to wait far too long to see a psychiatrist about a much needed medication change. From May until today was when I had a telephone consultation. That meant I was left poorly far too long and had to take too much time off work. With the previous system I was seen really quickly.
Unfortunately, we have not had a doctor in post which had an effect on the waiting times. We now have a doctor and this will reduce further waiting times.
I felt supported and accepted which helped me to have head space for processing the information being relayed and the issues discussed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs it.

All staff members are excellent could do with longer opening hours but that's just my opinion and I know you guys are very busy could not get better service brilliant people
Thank you for your feedback. We are addressing the shortages in our administration staff with active recruitment so this should improve the process of accessing the service. In terms of opening hours , we do offer some later / earlier appointments but we will review this across county to ensure is equitable.
