Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. Our referrals are triaged within 24 hours of receipt and then booked according to clinical priority and referral source. Without further details I cannot comment specifically on your case, however I am sorry that you feel your wanted too long for your first appointment.
Excellent guidance on excersises, treated with kindness , answered questions if I was unsure , gave information booklet which helped on gadgets and equipment for the home . Also gave me a tool to help with on going problem .

We continually give patient feedback to Hotel services regarding food choices and suggestions with an aim of improving the standard and choices available.
Didn't feel judged
Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate that waiting times for results can at times be delayed due to high demand at the laboratories we use for this service. We are having regular meetings with them to flag any concerns in terms of performance and we are about to trial a new results machine in house to see if we can improve on this further.

I found most of the staff members personable and caring.
I am glad that your experience was mostly positive. It would be helpful to know the name of the individual you found less helpful, I can then discuss this with them and support learning or development around these issues.
