Finding the experience very helpful in helping me to understand has my mind works.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to read that you felt that certain non-regular night shift staff were rude and unsupportive of you when you had a nightmare. We work closely with our bank staff colleagues and provide regular feedback to their service. Please let me know the details so it can be investigated and addressed with the bank staff team
