The young lady I saw was very friendly and extremely helpful. She advised me and went through with me the exercises best suited to my condition. She also gave some very helpful advice on what equipment would help my situation and were to research it.

[name removed] was great, very patient and did a thorough assessment. I didn’t feel like a nuisance and she worked with me to build up my confidence to use my hand again.

The initial referral took to long and could have made my problem worse.
