My drs and nurses are a credit to the hospital. They taped, listened, existed and calmed me down. They are brilliant.

I was taken in for the same procedure twice, the staff were lovely but I felt worried that this mistake was made so I left . I didn’t even see a doctor and I do not know what was up with me. The first nurse I saw was absolutely brilliant, caring and considerate even though she was clearly poorly herself, an absolute asset to your team

To communicate as being taken in for the same procedure twice was alarming when I had chest pains this did not help

Really good service with really good communication to keep me up-to-date with what was happening. Very thorough check to make sure nothing was missed. Very impressed

Sam ( A&e nurse practitioner, I think) was lovely and explained things. Louise A&E nurse was very kind. Ellie HCA is a credit to the trust

I was very well looked after, by all the staff on the maternity ward and central delivery suite.

Information was often not passed on as quickly as it should have been, which made my discharge a day later. Better communication is needed with the patients.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the care that they provided me with. The way that I was cared for was exceptional. Giving birth as a first time mum I was terrified however the staff on every shift were so supportive and gentle with me every step of the way. Although it was a difficult birth, the staff made my stay very comfortable and helped in every way possible. 10/10 care and I have definitely had a positive experience I have no complains at all. Fantastic quality of care. March 2023z

The staff on arrival at the delivery suite were reassuring and welcoming on arrival for my planned c section. One staff member specifically reassured me and spoke through all the steps as we went along and really put me at ease. I don’t feel there is anything they could do better.

I can’t think of any improvements needed.

The majority of the staff were lovely and very supportive and understanding however over night I found the staff less supportive and felt at times that I shouldn’t be requesting support despite struggling with mobility following a C-section.

Consistent staffing support More support for fathers such as been offered food and drink More patience by some staff members

Was looked after very well by midwives Jane Stones and Lois during and after my labour. Everything was explained to me clearly. I was very happy with the care I received and the kind reassuring words spoken to me during and after the birth of my second daughter Rhiannon. I couldn't have asked for a better experience
