I was taken in for the same procedure twice, the staff were lovely but I felt worried that this mistake was made so I left . I didn’t even see a doctor and I do not know what was up with me. The first nurse I saw was absolutely brilliant, caring and considerate even though she was clearly poorly herself, an absolute asset to your team

To communicate as being taken in for the same procedure twice was alarming when I had chest pains this did not help
