The staff have been very helpful at all times. Kept me informed about how my husband is. They have listened to my concerns and acted on them.

The care was very good, the only negative was that when my son first came, I felt that not enough information was given to us as his family member. We were not known at the hospital at all and its frightening for all, although I appreciate Darren had to be assessed it would have given us comfort if someone would have explained process
