The staff are excellent and very caring :-).
The one on one sessions are excellent.
The ward is really clean.

I had great care today and I had great care every day I was in hospital.
The staff were all very kind and compassionate and there are no cruel staff on the phoenix only good kind caring people.

For longer term patients a nice outdoor seating/area would be good and a safe place to go for a walk with staff.
