The level of skills shown by the whole team that operate the phoenix ward is exceptional.
:- Including from the cleaning and cooking staff/nursing assistants, ward managers, OT's and start nurses. Consultant Dr Chaplin tins and team to be proud of.

Today the nurse staff spoke with me in frequency periods. The ward round was progressive and rewarding unlike the previous.

1. The level of staff sensitivity and kindness. The facilities/support system and food/boarding are excellent; as are the cleanliness and hygiene.
2. Address to senior consultants and "decision makers."

My care has been well done by staff giving individual work and group work with patients on a real confident level.
And staff could improve on making a move to help be with patients by approaching and being clear with patients which will improve each others view on things moving form for the future.
