Everybody was helpful during my care, many thanks in particular to Warren Tim Mchama Mritay and old cannula the heating really needs improving at times the ward is frosting.

Night time is very noisy, and staff should have loud patients under more control. Not blaming staff but it can be difficult to sleep. Last couple of nights haven't been so bad.
Brilliant care for my physical health, lots of appointments have been arranged and I have been told about these immediately.

Super communication with family members - even 'tricky' ones with a tendency to turn up out of the blue.

Excellent reception from all staff - even under difficult circumstances(e.g when patients start shouting and behaving in an abusive and threatening way). I am astounded by the generosity of spirit and professionalism of the staff on the phoenix ward. They do a very difficult job under challenging conditions, and they do it very well.
