"Everything and nothing" El Sadradin quoting what Jerusalem meant to the Islamic faith upon the fall Jerusalem to said El Saladin kingdom of heaven.
Brilliant people, great approach, grateful and infections enthusiasm which no doubt rubs off on some patients especially me. Love the intro. Board says everything about the ward. More nicotine access required for heroin addicts as otherwise it's the same nicotine punishment regime as Ashford ward, all stick and a few carrots.
Staff were helpful, they were always ready to talk.
I haven't had care like this before, so difficult to say.
It seems that I have been allowed to get better at my own pace and each time I show signs of greater lucidity/awareness - your staff have responded by increasing my awareness of next steps and what is likely to happen on my release. It seems to me that there is very good communication between staff regarding each patient.
Printing orientation could be improved.
Really noisy at night, doctors and nurses very good and helpful.
Food is good, ward nice and clean.
On admission staff very kind and helpful and made me feel welcome.
Compared to the previous hospital. I liked the fact there are plenty of areas for the patient to go.
Staff were very supportive in need of patient.
Improvements- have a supply of earplugs and eye mash for those that struggle with noise/light at night time.
I was treated with care and compassion. One thing I would like is to have access to the gg.
Good quality of care.
The timing in the days for lunch.
