I gave these answers as honesty is the best policy and to the best of my knowledge and ability to help in research in the mental health service as I’ve given over two decades of my life to psychiatry and still can’t spell my diagnosis it may seem a bit i don’t know what……. I live for the moment and try to remain cool calm and collective well composed well conducted self controlled and self disappointed.

Freedom of speech unless you breach the peace freedom of thought unless you conspire and freedom of beleaf unless you are radical or extreme these I obey and abide I think the mental health system has been brought out into the open more recent and the portrayal and depiction has been miss interpreted with miss conception on the people who prevent and predicted these people and to stop a lot of hurt half and pain I’m talking about the work they the dr nusre healthcare support workers pharmacist even the British tax payer has done to protect lives of the innocent and patients alike.

When I first came in I was unsure where everything was and left a bit didn’t get the welcome pack till after a week, the night team didn’t introduce themselves or speak much and one fell asleep and snores so loud it woke me up I had to tell him and he was suppose to be watching me. Another member was rude when u asked for help but when I told other staff it got sorted real quick and the day staff were amazing Lauren and Emma were so amazing the should be colleagues of the year without them this place could not run as well also Katie,pk ,abs,Dan ,geremina,nana,memory were great staff

Have more game activity’s and watch night staff more and get staff to engage more and maybe a map in the welcome pack

For staff to be more informative to what can be done or not. For staff to keep updating patients if things have changed. Medication nurses to be vigilant with changes and stock.
