I was referred to your physio team last year after having an ACL and cartilage operation back in February which got infected. Mr Dunlop referred me to your physio team and I met Sarah who I must say is the nicest person and was really helpful to me. She helped put together the physio plan that I needed to get me moving again to the standard that I needed to be able to go back to the gym and live the life that I had done before the operation. Before I met Sarah I was really struggling to get moving properly and she gave me the confidence I needed to use my knee in the correct way for which I thank her as this was really getting me down and I now feel so much better. I think all your staff seem to be really friendly and helpful from what I have seen and was really impressed for which I passed my comments on to Mr Dunlop as I think this is important that they know when the service is so good.

Totally professional from the first pre-op appointment right up to post op ward care. At each stage everything was explained in detail and my questions answered. The staff friendly, well informed and always willing to help.
The food is good with a good varied menu.
