I was referred to your physio team last year after having an ACL and cartilage operation back in February which got infected. Mr Dunlop referred me to your physio team and I met Sarah who I must say is the nicest person and was really helpful to me. She helped put together the physio plan that I needed to get me moving again to the standard that I needed to be able to go back to the gym and live the life that I had done before the operation. Before I met Sarah I was really struggling to get moving properly and she gave me the confidence I needed to use my knee in the correct way for which I thank her as this was really getting me down and I now feel so much better. I think all your staff seem to be really friendly and helpful from what I have seen and was really impressed for which I passed my comments on to Mr Dunlop as I think this is important that they know when the service is so good.
