The care given by hospital at home prevented my husband giving into hospital. He would have found the hospital environment confusing and would not have had the attention and care he received from the team at home. The coordination of the support services was excellent the provision of a hospital bed and other equipment was very efficient. Crisis care was in place for 7 days followed by further care and physiotherapy. Without exception all the people we had contact with were kind caring cheerful and reassuring.

Had a much better week and feel like we are making progress. There are some really excellent staff at Marlborough House.

Just clearer comms really, anything that I can do to aid my daughters recovery just let me know.
