The nurses that have cared for my client have been excellent, they have worked flexibly to suit our needs and have always been available when needed.
Excellent service which I was not aware of. Seems to make a lot of sense to avoid bed blocking. Staff all very pleasant.
.
Very well looked after by the district nurses. Nothing was too much trouble. They were always available if i needed to speak to them. Thank you.
I couldn't have anyone better look after me.

Wonderful, can not fault the service.
Sue and Sarah were very gentle and Sue was very kind to take my blood which she was not expecting to do. I felt Sarah could have explained that after she had cut the ends off the stitch (which was meant to stay in) that she would cover the ends which were sharp, but they would eventually dissolve, after a large and not straight forward operation a little compassion would not go amiss and to be told that there were no stitches made me feel that they should not have been called out, but I didn't call them, it was arranged by the hospital.
Thank you so much for taking the time to send in your comments about your recent visit. We were disappointed that you did not have a better experience. We have taken your comments on board and these will be discussed at our next team meeting’.
