Felt listened to and not judged.
Thank you for taking the time to complete the IWGC feedback. Its important to our service to help us shape and develop our service for our patients and community
There was some staff that are a really good help some that are not so great regarding advise during 1-1 sessions.
the staff are very understading, but at the same tie they are able to stand against the eating disorder. And they do it in a way that doesn't make me feel like I'm being punished. The pirnament staff are all well trained and great at doing their job, however the same can't be said about the agency staff who often make me feel even worse by saying and doing things any staff member shouldn't do.
Staff team are very supportive and approachable.
Most staff have been extremely supportive and kind to me, and have listened to and helped me manage difficult emotions
the staff are incredibly kind
admin staff are always lovely and chat to us
Most staff who I have spoken to are knowledgeable and supportive.
Dietitian considers patients needs on an individual basis.
Care from other staff e.g occupational therapist is helpful.
Regular contact with partner/carer
Staff support and adaptions made to my treatment to help me
Clear instructions on use of gym equipment talks after exercise were informative and I did learn useful information (ie, use of inhaler) tea and biscuits were well received!
