There was some staff that are a really good help some that are not so great regarding advise during 1-1 sessions.

For some staff to offer more 1-1 or speak if patients need it.

the staff are very understading, but at the same tie they are able to stand against the eating disorder. And they do it in a way that doesn't make me feel like I'm being punished. The pirnament staff are all well trained and great at doing their job, however the same can't be said about the agency staff who often make me feel even worse by saying and doing things any staff member shouldn't do.

To not put people on shift who know nothing aout what the ob requires them to do.

Most staff have been extremely supportive and kind to me, and have listened to and helped me manage difficult emotions

Some staff have been slightly rude on occasion, however I understand that this is likely influenced by stress and business. I also haven't had consistently seen my care team in my 1:1s due to them being away, which is understandable. I have received some very triggering and unhelpful comments from agency staff, who quite often seem to have very little understanding of Eating Disorders

Most staff who I have spoken to are knowledgeable and supportive. Dietitian considers patients needs on an individual basis. Care from other staff e.g occupational therapist is helpful. Regular contact with partner/carer

Greater individualisation of care plans and meal plans and expectations regarding weight gain. Less reliance on agency staff. More training in physical observations.

Clear instructions on use of gym equipment talks after exercise were informative and I did learn useful information (ie, use of inhaler) tea and biscuits were well received!

Having more time to use exercise equipment.
