Jenny was nice and went through about me doing some exercises.
I am not sure if i was given any leaflets or anything about managing my condition but i do remember Jenny contacting the O/T for me which was very good.
No decisions was made about my care although she went through the exercises and other things to help but would have liked more appointments.
Suzanne was helpful and i did feel that she listened to what i had to say and my wife and explained everything to us both.
I was shown how to carry out to do my exercises and have walking Aids which Suzanne rang someone to get them for me.
Suzanne gave me some contact numbers for other places to help with my condition.
I can't remember if there was any decisions made about my health conditions.
Good nice lady’s
The staff are very kind and supportive
Felt listened to and not judged.
Thank you for taking the time to complete the IWGC feedback. Its important to our service to help us shape and develop our service for our patients and community
There was some staff that are a really good help some that are not so great regarding advise during 1-1 sessions.
the staff are very understading, but at the same tie they are able to stand against the eating disorder. And they do it in a way that doesn't make me feel like I'm being punished. The pirnament staff are all well trained and great at doing their job, however the same can't be said about the agency staff who often make me feel even worse by saying and doing things any staff member shouldn't do.
Staff team are very supportive and approachable.
Most staff have been extremely supportive and kind to me, and have listened to and helped me manage difficult emotions
