I met with Jenny and found her to be very pleasant and understanding. Jenny help me to get Aids and equipment to help me get around and to manage my care. I have some grab handles, seats and other aids., Ramp by my door is very helpful. I was given information about my exercises and now go to a exercise class to help with my strength. Overall Jenny was lovely and helpful.

No improvement required as felt Jenny and the service given was very good.

I met with Jenny and felt she was very helpful and considered my care needs. Jenny explained everything in a way that i could fully understand about exercises and gave me information about the exercise classes available and was given contact numbers for the Churchill hospital and other places. Jenny also discussed to me about my medications. I felt she was lovely and took her time with me which made me feel comfortable. Jenny sends me correspondence to my email as well as phone calls. I feel i can only manage condition when my medication kicks in.

No not all as was very pleased with the care and service i received.

I met with Jenny and think its was another colleague of hers but not able to remember her name and felt they was helpful and showed me which exercises to do and to help carry on with doing them. I did feel they both listened when i wanted to talk and it was explained to me on my queries. I would have liked more appointments and was told that i would have to wait until another year.

Jenny was nice and went through about me doing some exercises. I am not sure if i was given any leaflets or anything about managing my condition but i do remember Jenny contacting the O/T for me which was very good. No decisions was made about my care although she went through the exercises and other things to help but would have liked more appointments.

Suzanne was helpful and i did feel that she listened to what i had to say and my wife and explained everything to us both. I was shown how to carry out to do my exercises and have walking Aids which Suzanne rang someone to get them for me. Suzanne gave me some contact numbers for other places to help with my condition. I can't remember if there was any decisions made about my health conditions.
