I have been totally satisfied with the support given to our family and our daughter. The availability of staff and the flexibility to meet at our home location was great. Everyone dealt with us all with such compassion and made my husband and I feel very supported.

Overall we have received clear advice and felt cared for with no judgement, my son is on the right path and we have tools to ultimately lead him to grow and support himself.

Suggested improvements
To be able to start this later in the summer holidays where modules kept going into him returning to school- as school has been an issue for him.
