Helen was very friendly and offered me support and i was given lots of information to help me manage my health condition and onwards! Helen also gave me so much encouragement which made me feel more confident to maintain my health condition. I was very pleased with the friendly help and support Helen showed me and she was so kind.

No not all as was very happy with the care and service i received.
