Good information about my treatment extremely kind and helpful.
Physiotherapist was relaxed, friendly and listened to me. Very encouraging and understanding.
The P.T was very personable, kind and very thorough in the examination and questioning. I went 4 years ago and felt I did not get a result - this time was very much better. Felt that my condition will improve.
The care on woodmancote was excellent. The staff were a pleasure. There were a couple that stood out and they were sister Clara, staff nurse Kate, and staff nurse Melisa. It was a warm and helpful environment. I have been on many wards in the hospital and this has to be one of the best. I am a disabled person and in the bathroom, there was a perch chair for the shower but no shower chair. This was very dangerous as they are slippy when wet.
Existent all the staff kind and confident.
I have been to snowhill ward three times and I have been cared for very well with kindness and understanding. Every time by nursing staff and carers.
Every one was lovely.
My mother is 87 yrs old and has dementia. The staff were all very nice but unless we had asked questions and asked to see doctors, I fear that she would be in a much worse place. Everything took so long and I feel the 'duty of care' was missing. One morning we found her with no bedding on her and lying on wet sheets!! Communication between the staff is not good. The handover appears to be poor. One nurse didn't even know that my mother had dementia.
I found all the girls very nice and would recommend them to any one.
Everyone is caring.
