everyone was nice and very kind
Check out!
Not enough doctors + too much paperwork for team.
Everyone so kind and lovely during an uncomfortable time.
Thank you.
Staff kind and caring.
Food excellent, yes!
Lovely people.
Nurses excellent
good care all round
The nurses were caring and always willing to go the extra mile to keep you smiling.
Everything was explained thoroughly and support given when it was needed.
The nurses were always smiling no matter how long they had worked and always made time for you.
Nursing staff mostly very helpful.
One occation when due to an emergency the ward appeared to come to a standstill with at least 3 people left in pain & waiting medication for longer than was necessary.
More consideration to existing patients when admitting new ones at unsociable hours eg restricted lighting, talking more quietly or away from bed when talking to family.
I was very professional with the quality of care and the confession of the staff with even the medical staff patient.
Nothing was too much trouble. When you wanted anything always willing to help you.
Every thing was good I don't think anything need improveing on.
