Nursing staff mostly very helpful. One occation when due to an emergency the ward appeared to come to a standstill with at least 3 people left in pain & waiting medication for longer than was necessary. More consideration to existing patients when admitting new ones at unsociable hours eg restricted lighting, talking more quietly or away from bed when talking to family.
