Bad - nurses not aswering bell quick enough.
Good - great care!.
All staff were friendly and attentive. If I requested information it was explained very clearly. If I pressed my buzzer, it was responded to very efficiently.
I felt very welcomed and safe. The private room and ensuite was fantastic, as too was the bed you could move up and down. I felt that the staff were fully aware of my needs. Thank you very much. I really appreciate all your help.

Staff did a very good job.
Care was excellent nurses done everything they possibly could to make you comfortable.
I felt like I was in a private hospital, I didnt want to leave they are wonderful.
I wanted to show my appreciation for everything they done so I bought 2 tins sweets for them.
All the care staff, nurses (Alison) and Mr Ord gave me good care and I feel dont need improvement.
Friendly caring staff.
Discharge a little lengthy.
Care excelent.
Food appaling too small.
Nothing for diabetic's.
