All staff were friendly and attentive. If I requested information it was explained very clearly. If I pressed my buzzer, it was responded to very efficiently. I felt very welcomed and safe. The private room and ensuite was fantastic, as too was the bed you could move up and down. I felt that the staff were fully aware of my needs. Thank you very much. I really appreciate all your help.
