Excellent care observed by all members of MDT. I was impressed by the standard of care delivered not only to me but to all other patients. Nursing staff at all levels were kind, caring and compassionate. I was this as I felt other yet staff were faultless in their approach at all times. Excellent nursing team!

The care offered by the Bibupy ward was superb, the HCA's nurses, cleaners etc were excellent, I could not have asked for anything better.

All the nurses were very attentive, helpful and caring. Even the staff that served tea/coffee, food or did the cleaning were all extremely polite and were on hand to help with anything and everything. The only thing I could think of for improvement is the night when patients press the bell for help, it can sometimes be a while until a nurse attend to them, even though you can hear them talking outside, I could imagine that not being a pleasant feeling for the patient in need, plus the bell ringing away tends to wake others up as well.

My stay was exallent I have not problems at all with my time here. The staff on Mazalton ward are world class.
