All the nurses were very attentive, helpful and caring. Even the staff that served tea/coffee, food or did the cleaning were all extremely polite and were on hand to help with anything and everything. The only thing I could think of for improvement is the night when patients press the bell for help, it can sometimes be a while until a nurse attend to them, even though you can hear them talking outside, I could imagine that not being a pleasant feeling for the patient in need, plus the bell ringing away tends to wake others up as well.
