The high standard of care provided by the health care assistants, nurses ward sisters, medical students, and doctors has been paramount in my recovery.
I have been reassured by the explanations given by the staff, not only to myself but to my wife and family.
One improvement could be to ask staff from the overseas department to ask the patents's nurse if it is a suitable time to see them. Unfortunately l was asked to sign a paper and give our confidential personal information whilst receiving a Tramadol infusion,
I declined to give this information as l was not feeling that l could think clearly. This was distressing for me and my next of kin.
All where kind and considerate and thank you.
Everyone treated me with the dignity, care and respect that l would give to people myself.
The staff were fantastic and my surgeon if Rolland l cant say enough good words to describe what he did for me and my family, great.
Well looked after waited six hours to be discharged.
All the staff and nurses went out of their way to be of help and nothing seemed to much trouble for them. Made a very painful time in hare very bearable.
