30th October 2014

The high standard of care provided by the health care assistants, nurses ward sisters, medical students, and doctors has been paramount in my recovery. I have been reassured by the explanations given by the staff, not only to myself but to my wife and family. One improvement could be to ask staff from the overseas department to ask the patents's nurse if it is a suitable time to see them. Unfortunately l was asked to sign a paper and give our confidential personal information whilst receiving a Tramadol infusion, I declined to give this information as l was not feeling that l could think clearly. This was distressing for me and my next of kin.
