Superlative care. It is hard to fault. The plus points are the high standard of communication-you know everything that is happening. ALL the staff fall into this category. It was restful, comfortable (once the dreaded TV was unplugged!) and relaxing. Two issues if I am niggly are with looking at. One-too many messy notices/posters/signs creates a very unprofessional atmosphere. Two-some of the juniors don't look too smiley!

I took my Granddaughter in to Cheltenham A&E today to have her wrist checked after she fell in the playground at school. The whole procedure was handled professionally with great courtesy and kindness. Thank you to all the staff who helped her.

I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait some time before being seen: I would have appreciated being kept informed about the estimated delay.

I had a really positive experience giving birth at the Aveta birth centre. The midwives and student midwives were all lovely, very respectful of my wishes and made sure I was aware of and involved in any decisions made. I'm really grateful to them for helping me to achieve the experience I hoped for and for doing so with such positive and caring attitudes. Thank you. I will highly recommend the birth centre to all pregnant women!!

The care I received was excellent and the staff were very professional but friendly and kind. My only criticism was that I arrived on the ward at 8am and wasn't operated on until after 4pm. Although I understand that this was probably in case someone didn't turn up or a procedure didn't take as long as predicted, I could have arrived at 11 or 12 noon which would have given me a shorter day but still have given the surgeons the required flexibility. Having said that the care I received was first class.
