Superlative care. It is hard to fault. The plus points are the high standard of communication-you know everything that is happening. ALL the staff fall into this category. It was restful, comfortable (once the dreaded TV was unplugged!) and relaxing. Two issues if I am niggly are with looking at. One-too many messy notices/posters/signs creates a very unprofessional atmosphere. Two-some of the juniors don't look too smiley!
