Good.
Details were double checked.
Exceptional staff, especially Sharon of admittance and Wendy of procedure.
Dr Young Litting all the right spots.
Staff were very efficient.
Improved.
There were on table or bed in the bay on arrival and Sharon had to kneel on the floor to fill in the forms.

The nurse I saw initially, Carol Starkings was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She was very re-assuring and gentle. The other nurses were less gentle, and I have left with a rather sore and bruised arm after an issue with the blood pressure monitor!

Gwendy and Hazel were absolutely lovely kind caring and efficient.
Dr Young was also kind gentle and understanding.

The reception staff were also very kind.
