Very friendly staff indeed. They were knowledgeable and informative. Nurse "Raffa" was very enthusiastic and an absolute pleasure to meet. It was as efficient and pleasant as it could be. Thank you.

Staff extremely friendly and professional.
Sasha on Prescott ward was fantastic could tell she was very busy but continued to be friendly positive and smiley! Excellent nurse.
Mr Bristol and his team put both me and my husband (patient!) at ease- reassuring and professional even trainee doctor who popped in.

All the staff were pleasant from day being brought onto the ward until the last minute of leaving. They would help you out in any need that was required. They are busy all the time but still got time for friendly chats and advice.
