Very nervous, felt sorry they had problems with a machine, meant a break off in my treatment in the middle. So many staff to get used to in the 1st week. Would be great and consistent if you had a single radiotherapy person associated to you during long "6 week" treatments, especially due to revisit Q'S "consistency" if £/resources allow.

Seen within the hour by triage and doctor and just waited for an appointment with the eye clinic and was informed, 'we haven't forgotten you but the eye clinic is busy but as soon as we contact them i'll be back out to tell you what's happening' excellent service 10/10.

As a member I am absolutely appalled by your out of hours service. My son had chest pains and after ringing 111, have 2 doctor call me back to be sent to CGH out of hours over 2 hour and 2 half later later to be told there are no doctors here! I need to go to Gloucester! I am totally disgusted and you wonder why people are so quick to call appt.
